Author Biography

Dr. Sobia Irum, College of Business Administration, University of Bahrain, Kingdom of Bahrain

Dr. Sobia Irum is an Assistant Professor of Management at the College of Business Administration, University of Bahrain. She received her Ph.D. From University Technology Malaysia (UTM) in 2018 with excellence, she holds a Fellowship of Advance Higher Education UK. Her research interests include Innovation, Technological post-adoption, Organizational Behavior and Digital transformations. She served as an article editor for Sage Open, and serving as a reviewer for some highly ranked journals like, Foresight, Quality and Quantity, Journal of Management, Spirituality and Religion, etc. She is serving in the Editorial board of various reputed journals and has an experience of Organizing more than 10 International Conferences. She has served as a member Scientific Committee for various International Conferences. She holds a teaching experience of more than 10 years and has taught subjects like Organizational Design and Behavior, Marketing Channels, Advertising Management, Organizational Development and Change, International Business and Human Resource Management.
